information and instantly notifying students, faculty, staff, and emergency response
agencies in crisis situations.
When an emergency happens, Global Secure Campus Alert enables school
administrators to quickly send critical information to recipients’ email,
office phones, home or dormitory phones, cellular phones, Blackberries and
pagers.
Easily used and managed by non-technical personnel, Global Secure Campus Alert
provides a simple way to immediately notify thousands in the event of a crisis.
Flexible, Web-Based Registration
Users can register themselves or program coordinators can register from any
location.
Users Update Their Own Data
Users securely update their own contact information and profile data, via the web,
removing the burden from program coordinators.
Notify Subsets of Users
Mass notifications and alerts can be sent to everyone on an entire campus or
targeted to subsets of people when a mass notification would be inappropriate, such
as a:
- Targeted alert to students living off campus
- Targeted alert to students & staff of one dormitory
- Targeted alert to faculty and staff of one building, plus all security
personnel on campus
